30 November 2007. One day this will be the eastern entrance to Brimscombe Port. 30 November 2007. The crowds gather at Brimscombe Port Walls having thought that the Peoples Lottery bid had been lost. But no the project achieved a surprise by being the best runner-up! Liz Payne (CCT Chairman), Kim Chester (TWT) and Andrew Stumpf (BW) hold the cheque. Delighted Brimscombe school children hold the cheque.
