On Sunday 27th April Canamble 2008 starts from the Stroud District Council, Ebley Mill visitors car park, GL5 4UB.
There will be a short 4.5 mile walk and a long 12 mile walk. The long walk will cover all the towpath from the Ocean, Stonehouse to beyond Brimscombe Port and return using lanes and field paths.

walking the route behind the walkers to make sure that nobody gets lost, or has
fallen by the wayside. They remove our directional arrows and signs and any
litter, making sure we leave the countryside as we found it.
